The Role: Following a comprehensive L&D induction designed to ensure you get off to the best possible start. You'll manage a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your level of expertise. Our bonus scheme gives you the opportunity to earn £12K - £15K per annum, on top of your base salary. What you’ll need • At least 2 years of Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload with New Build and Shared Ownership experience. • A passion for delivering excellent client service • Great written and verbal communication skills • High level of attention to detail
