The team is responsible for the company's most successful product line, used by thousands of businesses worldwide. This highly visible role plays a key part in defining and executing a sales automation solution. The ideal candidate is innovative, strategic, a strong communicator, and comfortable driving execution, with a clear bias toward action. The role reports to a senior product management leader.Impact you will make in the role:Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmapDesign, document, and present business casesInspire the team to deliver on product roadmaps bringing new products and outcomes to the marketImplement best-in-class product management practicesAnalyze market trends and performance drivers to identify new product and growth opportunitiesLeverage data to optimize the product suiteEstablish consistent, sustainable customer input points to steer product direction, feature design, and prioritizationDevelop and monitor product KPIs and metrics driving the business feedback loopPrepare and present product-related updates for different levels in the organizationParticipate in trade shows, demos, customer meetings, and conferences to evangelize our productsSupport the sales team with product information, messaging, and positioningParticipate in the creation and evolution of marketing and sales toolsIdentify potential partners or complementary solutions that may benefit the productRequirements5+ years of experience in Product ManagementA great presentation style, teamwork, and communication skillsDemonstrated experience leveraging analytics to define product directionStrong product management skills, including roadmap planning, business case creation, prioritization, negotiation, and consensus‑buildingStrong technical knowledge and experience working closely with technical staffVery strong attention to detailAbility to interact with partners, customers, and staff professionallyThoughtful promotion of iterative process improvementExperience with agile software developmentExperience in customer relationship management and customer experience management preferredExperience with sales or solution consulting is an assetExperience in data science, machine learning, and AI large language models (LLMs)Ability to apply modern AI/ML methodologies to product strategy, feature design, and automation use casesUnderstanding of model lifecycle, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics for ML‑powered features #J-18808-Ljbffr
