New Today

This role is about stepping into that gap with calm authority, strong teaching skills, and the emotional intelligence to build trust with a child who may already feel let down by education.

Why this role matters
For many children with SEND and SEMH needs, the right tutor can be the turning point.

When it works, it changes everything.
