We are now seeking a skilled Welding&InstallationsOperativeto join our production team and contribute to the successful delivery of workshop and on-site installations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out welding, fabrication, plating, and mechanical installations in line with job specifications. Install and repair components on low- and high-pressure systems both in the workshop and on-site. Travel to customer sites to complete mechanical installations and represent the company in a professional manner. Support installation planning and proactively identify solutions to on-site mechanical challenges. Complete daily and weekly machinery and PPE checks, reporting issues promptly. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all health and safety policies are followed. Work closely with the Production Manager and site managers to meet deadlines and cost targets. Assist in mentoring apprentices and less experienced team members.
