Candidates must be eligible to obtain SC security clearance. What youll be doing

Develop and manage 4D models that integrate project schedules with BIM environments Produce high-quality visualisations and simulations to support tenders, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery Collaborate closely with planners, engineers, and BIM teams to define sequencing and methodology Monitor project progress and update models to reflect real-time status Support the continuous improvement of digital construction processes across projects What were looking for

Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling Proficiency with 4D planning tools (e.g. Synchro, Navisworks) Strong understanding of BIM and construction methodologies Excellent communication and collaborative working skills Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance Why join us?
