The Role

This director-level role will be central to shaping the future of digital justice services, affecting millions of people across the UK. The CPO will drive a user-focused product strategy that integrates seamlessly with service teams, ensuring that HMCTS’s digital platforms and tools deliver significant value while meeting operational priorities. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence the modernisation of the justice system, embedding innovation, accessibility, and simplicity at its core.

The CPO will work closely with the transformation team within MOJ to ensure opportunities to integrate across the Criminal Justice System (CJS), specifically other MOJ partner agencies, are explored and supported.
