The job involves being a member of a team of 2 to 4 Performance & Quality Officers (PQOs), working with individual Local Delivery Units (LDUs) to ensure performance and delivery to targets. Responsibilities include identifying local performance and quality issues and developing programs to improve operational practice in line with division and HMPPS priorities.
