We’re working with a leading FM provider to appoint an Account Director to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-service contract. Our customer is a global outsourcing provider, working across technology, professional services, manufacturing and banking sectors. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for performance, operations, commercial compliance and client relationships. The Role You’ll lead the delivery of a complex FM contract, managing a large, multi-disciplinary team while acting as the senior point of contact for the client. This is a role with real visibility and influence, you’ll be responsible for shaping delivery, driving performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. What You’ll Be Doing
Owning P&L and overall contract performance Leading and developing a high-performing FM team Building strong, strategic client relationships Ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations Driving continuous improvement and value-add initiatives Managing supply chain partners and service delivery standards Supporting contract retention and growth opportunities
What They’re Looking For
Experience operating at Account Director level (or a strong step-up) within FM Background in integrated / total FM (TFM) environments Proven track record managing large, complex contracts Strong commercial awareness and P&L ownership Confident, credible client-facing leader Experience leading large, multi-service teams
