A global Insurance Broker are expanding their Corporate Team and this is a genuinely pivotal career opportunity: you’ll be trusted to own, protect and grow a c. £1m Corporate book, while building deeper relationships across the Leisure & Hospitality sectors — including some Internationally.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being front-and-centre with clients: visible, credible and a trusted Advisor, not just servicing, but shaping strategy and driving growth.
Salary & package
£100,000+ basic(dependent on experience)
Bonus + wider benefits package(shared at shortlist stage)

The role (what you’ll be doing) as Client Director
Own and grow key relationshipswith Corporate Leisure & Hospitality clients
Act as a trustedrisk Advisor, delivering exceptional service, retention and client advocacy
Drive growthby leveraging your network and recognising opportunities within your sectors
Work closely with internal teams to deliverbespoke Insurance and Risk Management solutions
Stay ahead of market developments and emerging risks, bringingproactive, commercial insightto clients

Demonstrable success in a similarCorporate Account Executive / Account Directorrole
CredibleLeisure & Hospitalityknowledge and relationships
Confident communicator/negotiator who builds trust with senior stakeholders
The drive to continue to build and develop your reputation as a leader within your sectors
East Anglia with hybrid working.
