We’re looking for an Account Director who’s hungry to make an impact—someone who can spearhead growth with both existing and new clients, while also rolling up their sleeves to guide and support delivery when needed. What You’ll Be Doing Reporting into the Client Services Director, you’ll lead growth-driving proposals while ensuring account teams deliver best-in-class experiential campaigns. As an Account Director at TRO, you’ll be both a strategic leader, and when needed a hands-on doer. Business Development
Stay plugged into industry trends and confidently lead, shape and win pitches. Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients, working closely with Strategy and Creative. Proactively create new opportunities through smart networking and consistent outreach.
Account Management
Be the day-to-day client lead—nurturing, growing and protecting your accounts. Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across multiple projects and touchpoints. Build long-term, trusted relationships that make you a go-to partner. Manage large-scale budgets with confidence. Track, report and communicate finances across teams using our platforms and processes. Track utilisation and mapping talent across relevant projects.
Project Delivery
Roll up your sleeves and get involved—this is not a purely “top-line” role. Own client communication across live projects and ensure everyone is aligned. Collaborate on creative concepts and guide production teams to bring ideas to life. Lead, mentor and develop a team of hybrid account handlers and project deliverers. Provide clarity, coaching, inspiration and support to help them thrive.
