I’m helping the Sales Director of a fast-growing organization hire his first Sales Account Executive to join their experienced team in their newly refurbished HQ in Hertfordshire.

We’re looking for highly driven Account Executives to join our experienced commercial team, focused on SMB and Mid-Market clients. You’ll be helping hospitality businesses grow by connecting them with innovative solutions across SaaS, recruitment, and media.
The Role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Target and grow SMB & Mid-Market hospitality clients
- Build strong consultative relationships with decision-makers
- Drive revenue while delivering genuine value to customers
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to accelerate growth
What We’re Looking For
- Background in SaaS, recruitment, or media sales
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Confident outbound approach and strong closing ability
- Passion for hospitality — you understand the sector and its people
- Self-starter mentality with high energy and resilience
