This position is for the Firstbase business unit

We help companies all over the world set up and manage their distributed teams by providing everything they need—from laptops to ergonomic chairs to the systems that make onboarding and offboarding seamless.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing—with a focus on generating your own pipeline;
- Hunt for new business across the Europe mid-market Enterprise, opening doors with decision-makers in IT, HR, Finance, and Operations;
- Use value-based selling to build strong ROI cases that make it easy for customers to say “yes.”;
- Position Firstbase as a strategic partner—helping customers solve the real pain points of managing remote and hybrid teams;
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term growth;
- Leverage our integrations with tools like Workday, ServiceNow, and Okta to create tailored solutions for your customers.
- 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS, tech, or digital services;
- Self-starter with the drive to prospect and build your own pipeline;
- Confident communicator who can adapt your message to any audience—from technical teams to C-level executives;
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link solutions to measurable results;
- Hungry to learn, grow, and build a career in enterprise sales.
