Job Summary
We are looking for an Account Manager (FM & Building Services) with experience of working in transferable environment who is client focused, managing a team across a number of locations within the UK. The successful candidate will have strong experience in National Mobile service delivery managing both hard and soft services. Internal and external relationship management will be a key attribute.
With a recognised technical qualification and membership to the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) or equivalent, coupled with sound financial / commercial acumen with experience of running a P&L and ensuring budget is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visible leadership and liaise effectively and nurture the relationships with the key client stakeholders.
To ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, quality, environmental, security and relevant company policy.
Responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practice for commercial activity relating to contract management and managing specialists and suppliers to ensure dynamic MI reporting and that KPI/SLA targets are delivered.
Requirements
Recognised technical qualification (Electrical / Mechanical)
IOSH or equivalent
Experience managing a P&L
5 years experience in a similar position
Right to work in the UK
