Account Manager in the South – Fitness/ Medical Sales

£45-55k plus strong OTE £10-15k + car allowance and benefits

We are on the lookout for a tenacious, well-connected and fitness industry expert to come on board as an Account Manager, you will be overseeing both new business and Account Management of fitness-based clients within the South of the UK.

About this incredible role:

• Commercial: Manage and expand a portfolio of some existing accounts while identifying and really driving new business opportunities within the commercial fitness sector, contributing to team annual target
• Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, offering expert advice on equipment selection, floor planning, and member experience.
• Events and promotion: Represent the brand at major industry events and trade shows
• Product expertise: Ensuring you are the absolute expert in the products and the huge impact they can have. Being a master educator to help promote new business and brand awareness

About you:

• Experienced: You will ideally have 2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management or Business Development with a fitness industry supplier. You could also be a senior operator within the fitness sector and looking to step into a challenge on the supplier side.
• Network: You must be well-connected in the fitness industry space and be able to hit the ground running.
• Relationship-Driven: You are a natural "people person" who excels at building long-term trust with stakeholders.
• Strategically Minded: You are comfortable working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
• Flexibility: As this is a field-based role, a full UK driving license and a willingness to travel are essential.
