Account Manager

We are working with a leading fashion and sportswear brand house with a strong global presence and an impressive brand portfolio. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a key role working closely with major retail partners from initial concept through to delivery. The successful candidate will manage range planning, customer meetings, and order coordination while collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely execution and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities will include * Managing seasonal planning and meetings aligned to the critical path * Analysing past performance to inform future range planning and price setting * Briefing design teams, presenting ranges, and leading buyer meetings * Confirming purchase orders and tracking forecasts against sales targets * Coordinating with production to manage delivery timelines and critical path updates * Supporting in stock management, pricing reviews, and order loading * Contributing to quarterly business reviews and identifying new growth opportunities * Supporting the onboarding of new customers and internal coordination * Mentoring junior team members and reviewing internal processes for improvement

Person Specification * Experience in account management within fashion or sportswear * Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage * Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders * Detail-oriented with strong time management in a fast-paced environment * Commercially focused, proactive, and confident in problem solving
