Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships Drive account growth through strategic upselling and expansion Own account performance, including financials and forecasting Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve challenges Deliver insightful reporting to support innovation and decision-making Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery Engage directly with clients across the UK and internationally What Were Looking For
