We are looking for a

driven PAYE Umbrella Account Manager

to join a fast-growing recruitment and payroll business. This is an

outbound-focused, target-driven role , ideal for professionals with a background in recruitment, payroll, or umbrella services who thrive on building relationships and generating revenue through agency referrals. You will be responsible for

managing recruitment agency accounts and driving

temporary contractor referrals . This role combines account management , and

strategic relationship building , offering strong earning potential and career progression. Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with agencies supplying

temporary contractors

Reactivate dormant accounts and secure

new agency partnerships

outside of the existing base

Take

full ownership of agency accounts , ensuring exceptional service and retention

Manage contractor referrals efficiently, ensuring

compliance with PAYE umbrella, IR35, and AWR regulations

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in

Account Management, Recruitment, Payroll, or Umbrella services

Strong outbound calling and account management experience

Commercially focused with a

results-driven mindset

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

Knowledge of

PAYE umbrella processes, contractor compliance, and recruitment workflows

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Confidence handling objections and proactively closing opportunities
