About the role...

As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage FMCG client accounts and deliver end-to-end campaigns across shopper marketing, experiential activations, brand activations, and pop-up projects. You’ll work closely with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.



What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Managing key FMCG client relationships and acting as their day-to-day point of contact
  • Delivering end-to-end campaigns across POS, retail toolkits, experiential activations, pop-ups, and brand campaigns
  • Owning project timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery
  • Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Supporting junior account team members in a fast-paced, multi-channel agency environment



About you...

This role would suit an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency, has a passion for shopper marketing, experiential activations, and FMCG, and enjoys collaborating to deliver creative, results-driven campaigns.



What we’re looking for...

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a shopper or creative agency
  • Strong FMCG experience with a solid understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour
  • Experience delivering campaigns across POS, retail toolkits, experiential activations, brand campaigns, and pop-up projects
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with creatives and clients
