Job Role\n\nAs an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our clients customer success strategy. Here you will manage a dynamic portfolio, drive growth through exceptional service and provide crucial strategic insight.\n\nJob Objectives\n\n * Retain and grow a portfolio of valued customers through proactive relationship management\n\n * Deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities to expand our Client's footprint\n\n * Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded\n\n * Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions\n\n * With the support of the mobilisation team, take full ownership of the customer experience through onboarding new customers\n\n * Lead contract renewals and price negotiations with confidence and clarity\n\n * Manager terminations with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction\n\n * Use data-driven insights to increase service delivery and profitability\n\n * Working with your Customer relationship advisor, provide support for customer escalations, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency\n\n * Partner with onboarding and service teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing excellence\n\n * Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and enhance customer experience\n\n * Own your KPIs: retention, upsell, debt management and forecasting\n\n * Stay organised and efficient with strong calendar and workload management, including scheduled customer KPI visits\n\nPerosnal Qualities\n\n * A customer first mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships\n\n * Strong commercial acumen and experience in account management or service delivery\n\n * Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels\n\n * Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action\n\n * Proficiency with CRM systems such as salesforce, or similar platforms to manage pipelines, track performance and enhance customer engagement\n\n * Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint\n\n * A full, Clean UK Driving licence\n\nIf a CW Executive Search consultant does not reach out within 2 weeks of your application you have unfortunately been unsuccessful
