Overview

Primark launched in Dublin 56 years ago as Penney’s, coming to the UK in 1973 where it was renamed Primark. Since then, Primark has grown and grown, by tapping into the simple proposition of amazing fashion at amazing prices. Today it has over 400 stores in 15 countries with international and US expansion continuing at pace.

We began our partnership with Primark in 2021, supporting the retailer's digital transformation journey and first ever advertising campaign. Since then, our relationship has gone from strength to strength – our bespoke measurement model has proven media can drive incremental instore sales from digital channels, we’ve supported the launch of Click and Collect in the UK and new websites across 15 markets, and advertising has gone from 1 market to 10 including One Publicis Primark teams in the US and Germany. We’ve also won multiple Media Week, SEO and Performance marketing awards for our work.

The Planning Account Manager will be an integral part of the team, being the go-to-person to clients and departments and we continue to work with Primark on their digital transformation journey to maximize the online high-street opportunity through data and innovative media solutions – the goal being to drive more footfall and instore incremental sales through digital.
