JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Manager – UK & Benelux Region (Maternity Cover)
Location: Hybrid (London Office)
Reporting to: Area Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term, differentiated, and sustainable partnerships with hotel partners. Through a consultative and data-driven approach, the Account Manager leads strategic negotiations, delivers compelling joint value propositions, and ensures the commercial success of the portfolio. This role is pivotal in the tandem model, working closely with the Account Optimisation Manager to align on strategy, execution, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with partners to present tailored, compelling propositions.
- Communicate the unique benefits of partnering with Hotelbeds.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with new and existing partners.
- Secure favourable terms and close high-value sales agreements.
- Drive revenue growth
- Identify opportunities to improve contracting quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor and act on performance metrics
- Integrate HBX Group ecosystem solutions into partner strategies.
- Identify and onboard new strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to harvest signed acquisitions.
- Maintain accurate records in internal tools
