Our client is a small but respected Logistics company and seeking an experienced Accountant for their office in Slough. Their main line of business is in India so an Indian language, preferably Hindi, is essential. Responsibilities Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up -to-date financial records using Xero. Record all financial transactions. Including sales, purchases, receipts and payments Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses and payroll Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding payments Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Monitor cash flow and maintain adequate cash reserves for present and future o...
