\nThe Role:

As Accounts Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while playing a key leadership role within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

\n\t
• Managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
\n\t
• Advising clients on both corporate and personal matters
\n\t
• Supervising, mentoring and developing managers and wider team members
\n\t
• Building your personal brand and professional network across Cheshire
\n\t
• Driving fee growth within your portfolio and achieving annual targets
\n\t
• Ensuring compliance, quality standards and deadlines are consistently met
\n\t
• Contributing to wider firm projects and strategic initiatives
\n

\nAbout You:

You will be an ambitious, commercially minded professional with strong leadership capability. You will be:

\n\t
• Experienced in client management within an accountancy practice (or very close to stepping into full portfolio ownership)
\n\t
• Qualified ACA, ACCA OR CIMA
\n\t
• Genuinely ambitious, with a clear desire to progress to Director/Partner
\n\t
• Commercially focused, confident in growing fees and developing client relationships
\n\t
• A strong communicator, networker and relationship builder
\n\t
• Highly organised, proactive and motivated to deliver results
\n\t
• A capable and supportive team manager, focused on both delivery and development
\n
