Accounts Assistant/Book Keeper We are working with a leading manufacturer, to recruit for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to be part of their finance team. This is a permanent job based in Co Tyrone either full time or part time (32 hours per week) will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. The Accounts Assistant/Book Keeper will be responsible for: Assisting with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals and month end duties. Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial records are up to date. Liaising with suppliers and internal teams on discrepancies Ensuring accurate coding, data entry, and ERP supplier setup Allocating costs, supporting job cost analysis, and processing Bills of Material Assisting with stock, WIP, R&D claims, and general finance administration. What you will need to have for the Accounts Assistant/Book Keeper role: Previous experience within an Accounts role Experience of invoicing and credit control Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting Skills: Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Bank Reconciliation Book-keeping
