Hours 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday & Friday - 8am-4pm

Join Our Team as an Accounts Assistant!

What You'll Do:

Sales Ledger - assist with processing invoices, credit notes & receipts.
Credit Control & Credit Checks
Purchase Ledger - assist with processing invoices, credit notes & payments.
Reconciling Purchase ledger monthly payments for approval to Directors
Cash Book - assist with process cash book payments and receipts.
Bank Reconciliations.
Costing using Pegasus.
To process sales ledger invoices and applications payment.What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Good Excel skills
Highly organised and motivated, with a high degree of common sense & methodical logical approach.
Excellent communication skills
Good work ethic and positive approach
Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping.
Excellent Customer Relationship
Systems experience, Sage 200 & Pegasus.Why Join Us?
