Duties include: - Responsible for processing of the purchase ledger Managing the purchase order system, checking prices and correct allocation Process the daily bank reconciliations and monitor the cashflow Calculation of transport commissions and associated charges Manage the credit control and work to structured payment schedule Assisting with customer payments
The candidate we are looking for will be able to demonstrate they are a good team player and be able manage a high volume of transactional processing as well as develop strong customer relationships and work towards timely payments.
Solid experience with the purchase ledger and transactional processing Experience of Access Dimensons is advantageous, and excellent knowledge of Excel Work well at all levels with fellow peers and effective team Good customer service skills
