We are working with a well-established non-Energy business as they are looking to appoint a Senior Accounts Assistant to support their busy finance function. This is a hands-on role suited to an organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support both finance and wider office operations. Responsibilities: Manage the purchase ledger and ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices in Sage Raise and issue daily sales invoices Carry out daily bank reconciliations Support weekly payroll preparation Handle early stage credit control and resolve outstanding customer balances Maintain and update staff holiday records Provide general administrative and finance support to the Office Manager Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required If you have solid experience within a similar role, a broad understanding of Payroll, PAYE and Ledger processes as well as a strong working knowledge of Sage then I would be very keen to hear from you!
