We’re hiring a Managing Director, Europe to lead our European operations, overseeing all aspects of financial, operational, and customer performance in the region. This role is a critical driver of Pattern’s continued success in Europe and will report directly to our Chief International Officer. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing financial performance, overseeing fulfillment and logistics, and leading a cross-functional team. This is a full-time role and will work in Pattern’s office in Soho, London.
What is a day in the life of a Managing Director, Europe?
Lead and mentor the European team to drive performance and engagement
Identify and execute growth and partnership opportunities in the European market
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 10 years of management experience (experience in a European company preferred)
Strong communication and executive presence
Analytical mindset with a creative, problem-solving approach
