Description
Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Maintain and update records of invoices and payments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist in preparing reports and financial documentation as required. Support the Accounting & Finance team with project-related tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing. Provide general administrative support to the department.Profile
Experience in accounts payable or a similar role within Finance. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
