The Client:
A leading alternative investment management company are seeking temporary support in their Accounts Payable department.

The Role:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Processing high volumes of vendor payments (across the various UK/European operations) accurately and on tight deadlines, ensuring compliance with internal controls while adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Managing vendor inquiries end‑to‑end, researching payment status, resolving discrepancies, and communicating clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Operating effectively under pressure, demonstrating flexibility, attention to detail, and sound judgment while working in a fast paced, dynamic setting with minimal supervision.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will:

Be a self-starter and take initiative.
Have experience working in an Accounts Payable department within the finance/asset management industry.
Work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong attention to detail as well as written/verbal communication skills and numerical skills.
Experience using Coupa, Fusion, and Jira Service Management are desirable.
