Paddock Wood, United Kingdom | Posted on 30/03/2026TPF Recruitment are supporting an excellentchartered accountancy practice based in Paddock Wood, who are looking for an Accounts & Tax Manager to join their experienced team across a generalaccounts and tax position.As an Accounts & Tax Manager, you will reportdirectly into the Directors and be responsible for a mixed client portfolio madeup of small business owners through to billionaires. You will be based in anamazing office in a rural location in Paddock Wood and also have theopportunity for hybrid working and flexible working hours. This is a greatposition with an excellent practice with a modern culture who promote a great worklife balance. Full time or part time applicants will be considered.You will be responsible for:Prepare annual statutory accounts, corporation, partnership andpersonal tax returns.Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts and VAT returns.Managing your client portfolio and client relations.Oversee and review the work of more junior staff and bookkeepers.Onboard new clients and assist the partners with ad-hoc consulting and systems implementation work as required.RequirementsYou will be a qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 5 years experience within practice.You will have worked as a Senior Accountant within a practice environment and have hands on experience of accounts, management accounts, tax and VAT.£55,000 - £65,000, based on experienceFull benefits packageStudy support as requiredPlease apply for this vacancy or alternatively contact Tristan Finch for a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
