Overview A long established independent property consultancy, with over 50 years of experience, is looking for two experienced valuers at either Associate Director or Director level to join their valuation department. The consultancy is multidisciplinary with over 50 professionals. Responsibilities

Conduct valuation work across commercial, development, portfolio and residential sectors. Focus primarily on secured lending valuations (approximately 70% of workload). Provide private and council valuation instructions. Maintain accurate and timely reports using Kell & Valos.
