This is a senior, business-critical role supporting the operational backbone of a growing international organisation, with responsibility for office and facilities management, global expansion support, and process optimisation across offices.
\n\nThis position is ideal for a commercially minded, highly organised operational leader who thrives in structured environments, enjoys building scalable processes, and is comfortable being fully office-based.

\n\nA senior operational role combining office management, facilities oversight, and general administration, with a strong focus on opening new global offices, streamlining processes between locations, and ensuring best-in-class operational standards across the business.
\n\nSalary: £80,000–£100,000 total package, dependent on experience.
\n\nWorking hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Fully office-based – non-negotiable
\n\nLocation: Central London – Green Park area

\n\nKey responsibilities for the Strategic Administration Manager role: Overseeing office and facilities management for a headcount of circa 80 staff, ensuring a seamless, professional working environment

Managing general operations and administration, acting as the central point of coordination across the business
\n\n\n\n
Leading the setup and launch of new global offices, including vendor management, processes, policies and operational readiness
\n\n\n\n
Streamlining and standardising processes between offices to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability
\n\n\n\n
Managing suppliers, contracts, budgets and facilities-related projects
\n\n\n\n
Acting as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership, proactively identifying improvements and efficiencies
\n\n\n\n
Ensuring compliance, health & safety, and best practice across all locations
\n\n\n\n
Bringing structure, clarity and calm to a growing, multi-office organisation
\n\n\n\n
What background and experience are they looking for? Proven experience in a senior administration, operations, office management or facilities management role

Experience within professional services or similarly structured environments strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience supporting office growth, relocation or international expansion
