The Role:
This is a key position supporting both administrative and financial functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Finance Support
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Liaise with external accountants and payroll providers
- Monitor cash flow and support financial reporting
Administrative Duties
- Maintain filing systems and coordinate meetings
- Handle mail, deliveries, and travel arrangements
- Support onboarding and office setup for new starters
HR & Office Support
- Maintain employee records and assist with recruitment coordination
