Administrative Officer - Tameside Primary School Location: Tameside Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only Hours: 32.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:00pm Start Date: September 2026 Salary: Approx. £20,500 - £21,800 (actual salary, dependent on experience)

Empowering Learning is supporting a warm, welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tameside to appoint a dedicated Administrative Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school and be the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors.
This is a busy and varied front-of-house position, ideal for someone who is highly organised, personable and takes pride in delivering a professional and friendly service.
About the role
You will act as the welcoming face of the school, supporting the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and School Business Manager, while ensuring the smooth running of administrative systems and processes.
