About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Administrator to support the delivery of facilities management services across a large UK public sector organisation. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and continuing until March 2026, with the potential for extension.
You will work as part of the Business Support Services team, helping ensure the smooth running of office operations and the delivery of high-quality, compliant facilities support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, invoices and schedules
Maintain accurate records and input data using internal systems
Support contract management and compliance reporting
Handle queries from internal colleagues and external suppliers
Contribute to the delivery of health and safety procedures across offices
Identify and support opportunities for process improvementPerson Specification
Essential:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a facilities or operational support setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a professional manner
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Driving license is essential as this is an office based role covering a variety of offices in and around the Swansea area. Desirable:
