Pratap Partnership is pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a dynamic international company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining flexible remote work with on-site responsibilities with the team.

- Providing efficient administrative support across the international sales department, supporting team members with related admin
- Liaising with business customer queries via email professionally on a daily basis
- Using the CRM system to record accurately
- Co-ordinating the planning of events and training days
- Ensuring travel bookings are accurate including international travel
- Experience in an administration focused role
- Strong written English skills, able to adapt style - this role is thefirst point of contact for potential businesscustomers
- Use of a CRM system or similar
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Personable and professional manner
- Team-focused individual
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems swiftly
- Motivated to contribute to a growing business environment and own personal and professional development
The role is based between Huddersfield & Wakefield, with a hybrid working model to promote work-life balance. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 40 hours.
