Site Administrator – Construction Project Avonmouth, Bristol Start Date: April 2026 Contract: Temporary Position, approx. 12 Months Rate: Negotiable Hourly Rate, weekly Pay
We are currently working with a construction contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a long-term project based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a busy construction site, supporting the project team with day-to-day administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full administrative support to the Site Manager and project team
* Managing site documentation, reports and filing systems
* Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
* Handling timesheets, inductions and general site paperwork
* Liaising with subcontractors and head office
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Site Administrator on construction projects
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
