Administrator – Full-Time – Permanent – £25k–£30k DOE – Bury

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a professional team in a supportive office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, helping others, and being part of a collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update client or internal records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

* Process requests, documentation, and correspondence, including forms, authorisations, and fee tracking.

* Assist with calculations and reports, both manually and using internal systems.

* Support team members with research, reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.

* Liaise with clients, partners, and external providers to gather information and resolve queries.

* Maintain databases and produce regular reports.

* General office support, including renewals, filing, and assisting with day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements:

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Good numeracy skills

* Experience in financial services is desirable but not essential

* Must be able to drive or live locally
