Key Responsibilities
- \n
- Ensure the collation, co-ordination and distribution of the operational safe dig/job packs \n
- Support planners/operations with scheduling work in works management system \n
- Understand the works system and work to the processes accordingly \n
- Management/cleansing of jobs in works management system \n
- Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated. \n
- Compiling the daily whereabouts \n
- Driving continual improvements with the Operational teams \n
- Sending daily analysis \n
- Manage internal trackers – site clears \n
- Liaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programmes are delivered ensuring that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner. \n
- Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports as required \n
- Monitor and chase any outstanding issues \n
- Provide general admin/ad hoc support \n
- Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change \n
- Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures \n
Experience and Qualifications
- \n
- Experience of working within the Utilities sector – advantage but not essential – training provided \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines \n
- In depth understanding of the operational activity \n
- Exceptional organisational skills \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems \n
- Strong planning and organisational skills \n
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure \n
