About the job The post holder will work as part of the Family Gateway Team to provide information, advice and assistance to families and professionals, both in respect of services directly provided by Early Help and those provided by other partner agencies. Contact with families or those referring into the service is facilitated through telephone calls, web chat and e-mail. Proven experience of building effective working relationships with a diversity of individuals and groups. Skills to build rapport effectively and quickly through the use of excellent interpersonal skills. An ability to provide clear and accurate information and advice. A comprehensive working knowledge of the Microsoft package and or case management systems. The right individual will also be able to recognise whether an individual is at risk and be able to consult and liaise with Social Workers and with other professionals or partner agencies as required.
