Purpose of the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us in this core role supporting our Technical and Commercial departments. This role sits within our in our West Midlands region, based from our regional office in Bristol. The main purpose of the role is to support the overall success of the functions through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support. The duties of the role include (but are not limited to); Assist the department with administration tasks; including typing, scanning and posting Ensuring all invoices are processed Maintain filing system Produce monthly Sub-contractor KPIs Assist with Pre-start Presentations Order and issue stationary (Site/Office) Act as the main contact hub with the Planning and NHBC portals for the team Coordinate the invoice tracking system and document management system to ensure a reliable and consistent approach is maintained with these vital systems Skills, Knowledge, Experience Essential We are looking for an experienced Administrator who embodies our Keepmoat values; a straightforward and skilled communicator with strong organisational skills.They will be creative and apply a flexible and agile approach to t...
