Covering the Sutton catchment area, you will oversee complex adult care packages in the community while working Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends. About the Company You will be joining a specialist community care provider delivering personalised support to adults with complex clinical needs. The organisation works closely with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, consistent, and well-managed care packages. Key Responsibilities In your role as an Adult Nurse Manager, you will be trusted to lead care delivery and maintain high clinical standards.Manage and review bespoke care packages for adults with complex needs.Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.Lead, train, and support carers delivering care in the community.Work collaboratively with CHC nurses, commissioners, and MDT partners. About You This Adult Nurse Manager role will suit an experienced nurse who is confident working autonomously in the community.Registered General Nurse with a current NMC PIN.Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy care and ventilated patients.Experience working at Band 5 or Band 6 level in community or complex care.
