MobilityCo is looking for an Aftersales / Workshop Manager to join our Congleton Cheshire team.You will be responsible for controlling the preparation, delivery ,and repair of mobility equipment including:Mobility scootersPowerchairsWheelchairsProfiling BedsRiser Recliner ChairsHoistsRampsStairliftsAs our Aftersales Manager you will engage with your team to deliver consistent commercial results and provide exceptional customer care.Managing Workshop Operations: Managing customer repair requests. Controlling new product assembly ,warranty repairs, return of goods and used stock preparation. You will be responsible for agreeing deliveries with clients and booking delivery companies Also addressing and resolving any after-sales issues or customer concerns, through timely client follow-ups and effective solutions. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and operational performance.Whilst your team grows, you will also on occasion be asked to assist with : Unpack, Assemble ,Install, Service or Repair Mobility Equipment Deliver and set up equipment in customers homes Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in head office or onsite When required assist warehouse team with goods in and stock control Ad hoc delivery / collection requestsOur clients are often old or vulnerable.So when needed all the team (including the directors) get involved in the tasks above, to ensure they are not left inconvenienced.What Were Looking ForIdeally an organised technical individual who has supervisory / management experience in a repair workshop environmentHowever, we will definitely consider an individual with good practical skills, who wants to move up to a management level.Reasonable mechanical / electrical experience an advantage. Willingness tooccasionallystay overnight (fully expensed) if clients location is some distance away.
