We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Carers and Support Workers to join our agency team, delivering high-quality care across care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

What You’ll Do:

Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.

Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
*
Follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
*
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
*
Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.
*
Represent Hippo Staffing with professionalism and compassion.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience as a Carer, HCA, or Support Worker (minimum 6 months UK experience).
*
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete our training).
*
Flexibility to work varied shifts.
*
Valid DBS (preferably on the Update Service).
