About the role
We help brands get cited by AI search platforms - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews.
It's not traditional SEO. It's a new layer entirely, and almost no one knows how to do it well yet.
You'll work directly with the founder, building the AI workflows, automations, and internal tools that power both our client delivery and our own growth.
It's a hands-on role for someone who likes building, experimenting, and figuring things out fast.
What you'll be doing
- Build and run AI workflows using Claude, APIs, and similar tools - Help produce AI visibility reports across multiple AI engines - Automate the repetitive stuff across marketing, reporting, and operations - Support client delivery using structured workflows and systems - Experiment with new tools, prompts, and approaches in AI search
What we're looking for
- Computer science (or similar STEM) student or graduate - Strong problem-solving mindset - Real interest in AI, LLMs, and how systems work - Comfortable with basic scripting, APIs, or automation tools (or willing to learn quickly) - High agency - you get things done without overcomplicating them
Bonus points
- Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar - Built side projects (automations, scrapers, tools, anything) - Familiar with workflow tools like n8n or Zapier - Interest in startups, growth, or marketing systems
Flexible working options
We're open to:
- Full-time graduates, or - Students / final-year candidates (10-20 hours per week)
For part-time candidates:
- You'll still work on real systems and client projects - Clear pathway to a full-time role over time
