Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients growing installation team on a permanent basis, covering commercial sites across the London region. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for stability, strong earning potential, and long-term career progression within a well-established business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and commissioning of a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems. While the role is primarily London-based, there will be occasional nationwide travel, fully expensed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial AC systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and packaged units

* Fault diagnosis and breakdown response across commercial properties

* Commissioning of new air conditioning systems (preferred but not essential)

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with current F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures

* Completing job reports, service documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and on time

* Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams

* Representing the company to a high standard at all times

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments

* F-Gas certification (essential)

* Strong knowledge of commercial AC systems and associated controls

* Commissioning experience (highly desirable)

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
