The Person
The ideal candidate will be a skilled installation engineer with a strong understanding of air conditioning systems.
Key requirements:
Proven experience installing split and VRV/VRF systems
Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and installation practices
Fault-finding experience (advantageous)
Advanced VRV/VRF diagnostic skills (highly desirable)
Willingness to develop skills in controls systems (training provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing and technically focused team, delivering high-quality climate control solutions across London and the M25.
This role is primarily installation-focused, with involvement in maintenance and fault finding.
Key responsibilities include:
Installation of air conditioning systems including split and VRV/VRF systems
Occasional service, maintenance and fault-finding work
Supporting commissioning and system setup
Working on both residential and commercial projects
Participating in planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts as required
Systems & Technology
You will be working with a range of modern systems and technologies, including:
VRV / VRF systems
Split and inverter systems
Air-to-water heat pumps
Integrated climate control systems
Advanced monitoring and diagnostics platforms for performance tracking and fault analysis
Additional Information
The role offers exposure to both installation and advanced system diagnostics, with access to modern monitoring platforms that support detailed fault analysis and system performance tracking.
You will also have the opportunity to develop knowledge in integrated controls systems, including smart climate control and building management integration.
