Lead Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Installation Engineer Stockport / Northwest (Field-Based) £45,000 £50,000 DOE + Overtime Full-Time | Permanent The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Installation Engineer to join a well-established and growing business within the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in managing installations from survey through to completion, while leading and supporting junior engineers on-site. Key Responsibilities Install and commission air conditioning systems across domestic and commercial sites Conduct site surveys and liaise directly with clients when needed Plan and manage installations from start to finish Order materials and manage project requirements Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently if required Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers Ensure all work is completed to high health & safety standards Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Work on refrigeration systems (desirable but not essential) Requirements
