We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our team, covering Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

About Us:

Pioneer Air Conditioning Services Ltd, based in Croxley Green, provides high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration installations, servicing, and maintenance across residential and commercial sectors. We are known for our reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned servicing and maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems

* Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently

* Complete full installations of air conditioning systems, including ducted and VRV/VRF systems

* Work across both residential and commercial environments

* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with current regulations

* Provide excellent customer service on-site

Requirements:

* Valid F-Gas qualification (essential)

* Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration

* Strong knowledge of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems

* Experience with ducted system installations

* Full UK driving license

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Must be prepared to carry out overtime during peak seasons

What We Offer:

* Company vehicle provided

* Salary between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
